Common questions

How do I change my constitution?: Open Settings → Your Constitution → Retake quiz. The quiz takes about a minute, and your forecast updates the moment you finish.
Why does the app need my location?: To fetch local weather and air quality, which is the basis of your daily dosha forecast. It is used on your device and never tied to your identity. You can switch to a city you pick instead of granting location.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?: Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions to change or cancel. If you bought Lifetime, there is nothing to cancel — it is a one-time purchase.
I bought Pro on another device, or reinstalled. How do I get it back?: Open the paywall and tap Restore (also in Settings). Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you bought it with.
Is my Health data safe?: Yes. The app reads sleep, heart-rate variability, and resting heart rate read-only, on your device, to refine your forecast. It is never sent off your device or used for ads. Turn it off any time in iOS Settings → Health.
Is the coach a real person?: No, it is an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic). Your questions and any photos you attach are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Please do not share sensitive medical details.
Is this medical advice?: No. The app offers general wellness and educational guidance based on Ayurvedic tradition. Always consult a qualified professional for any health concern.
