Aya Terms of Use

Aya is made by Hira Projects AB in Stockholm, Sweden. By using the app you agree to these terms. The most important points: the app is wellness guidance, not medical advice; the forecast and AI coach are generated automatically and can be wrong; and subscriptions are billed by Apple and renew until you cancel.

Aya provides general wellness and educational information based on Ayurvedic tradition and weather data. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concern, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app.

Forecasts and the AI coach are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The AI coach is powered by a third-party model (Anthropic’s Claude) and can make mistakes. Use your own judgment, and please do not share sensitive personal or medical information with the coach.

Aya offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly and annual) and a one-time Lifetime purchase that unlocks the paid features. All payments are charged to your Apple account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends; any unused portion of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

The Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable unlock with no recurring charge. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple’s policies; refund requests are handled by Apple. You can restore previous purchases from the paywall or Settings.

Don’t misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use the social features to harass others. We may remove content or limit access that violates these terms.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hira Projects AB is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights in the EU.

We may update these terms; we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
